Physical and Occupational Therapy Services are covered by Medicare Part B and Private Pay. We accept Medicare Advantage Plans for patients with Out of Network benefits.

We strive to provide transparent pricing for our mobile therapy services. Below you will find our Private Pay pricing details for various therapy sessions and packages:

Physical/Occupational Therapy Evaluation: $190 (this includes a comprehensive assessment of current functional deficits, development of a Plan of Care and initial Home Exercise Program)

60-minute Physical/Occupational Therapy Treatment Session: $150 (one-on-one session with therapist in your home or gym, includes any interventions necessary for condition)

Package discount: $135/session for package of 8 ($1,080). Sessions must be utilized within 6-month time frame.

60-minute Personal Training Session with Licensed Therapist: $150

One-Time Customized Exercise Program Design: $200 (this includes a 4-week customized exercise program to be completed either in your home or gym)

Customized Exercise Program + 3 In-Person Personal Training Sessions: $500 (Includes 3 personal training sessions for education on proper exercise technique and use of equipment)
